I first met Laura Rainey (founder of Hope+Light) at a Christian Conference in Portstewart, the message of her charity to bring hope and light to the some of the darkest places on earth truly impacted me. We've crossed paths a few times of the last few years but I felt that Christmas was a very fitting time to collaborate with Hope + Light as Jesus came into the 'weary world' bringing both the hope and light of the gospel, of forgiveness and of adoption into His family. A true and better purpose for our lives. By supporting Hope+Light you are rescuing women from sex slavery, human trafficking and also facilitating prevention in rural villages where girls are extremely susceptible to trafficking. You are also providing training and meaningful work helping each survivor to earn a living and break the cycle that a lack of options means only one thing for these women.
